The Wonderful Winter
Winter, the greatest season of all time
With wonderful flurries of snow and joy
Sitting by the fire, a cozy pastime
But the cold outdoors is nice to enjoy
With no bees that have a venomous prick
Or a scorching sun with malicious heat
Winter is a just place with no vile tricks And a more tame sun that warms your car seat
Sledding and skating make winter a blast
As do snow days and having snowball fights
But winter goes by so extremely fast
And the wonders of winter become past sights
While anything good must become a past
We must enjoy winter’s luster steadfast
